The products are sold by Anna&Eila Oy, business ID: 2767357-1. When placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms of delivery, which apply to all products delivered from the Anna & Eila online store.
These terms and conditions are valid from 6.6.2022. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.Products and product prices
The characteristics and prices of the products in the online shop are shown in the product description of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check with us. prices in your shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products include VAT, which is indicated in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products..
The colours of the threads and their shades may vary on computer screens. Colour differences may also exist between different dye batches, especially in hand-dyed products.
The delivery costs (incl.VAT 24%) charged for the order depend on the delivery method chosen as follows:
- Postal parcel 7,90 euro
- Home delivery by post 15,90 EUR
Orders over 100 euros will be delivered free of charge (as a parcel).
The cost of the chosen delivery method will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery charges (if any) for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
The pick-up delivery method is free of charge. If you choose Pick-up as your delivery method, you can pick up the purchases you have paid for online from our pick-up point (Martinkyläntie 67, 01720 Vantaa). You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. NOTE! The pick-up time must always be agreed separately.
Our knitting patterns are downloadable products. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a download link for the downloadable product you have purchased. Remember to add your email address when you order a downloadable product. There is no right of exchange or return for downloadable products.
We have two types of gift vouchers in our range:
The rechargeable gift card will be delivered to the selected email address at the selected time. Delivery of the rechargeable gift card is free of charge.
The physical gift voucher will be delivered to the selected pick-up point with any other order. If the order contains only a physical gift card, it will be delivered by letter to the chosen delivery address. In this case, the delivery charge is 3,90€/order.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online shop website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current delivery terms and conditions. You understand that your order accepted and confirmed by us is, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, binding and creates a contract with these Terms of Delivery between us.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online shop and available in the shopping cart.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
We will deliver your order using the delivery method you have chosen (see Delivery charges). The physical gift voucher will be delivered by letter (unless otherwise stated in the order).
You can also choose to have your order delivered free of charge. If you choose Pick-up as your delivery method, you can pick up the purchases you have paid for online from our pick-up point (Martinkyläntie 67, 01720 Vantaa). You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. NOTE! The time of collection must always be agreed separately
The order processing time is 1-2 business days and the package usually takes 1-3 days to arrive.
Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example by using our cancellation form, by emailing us below or by sending us a written notice with the returned goods.
If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the notice of cancellation is given to our return address below. Please note that not picking up your parcel does not constitute a cancellation! For re-delivery of an unclaimed parcel, we will charge you new postage and a surcharge (3,90 €). If you wish to cancel an uncollected order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
The returning party must pay the costs of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returning party. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return.
If you return part of the products, we will only refund the price of the returned products. If the value of your order is below the free shipping limit after the return, the order will be subject to a delivery charge depending on your shipping method.
The amount of the accepted refund will be credited via Paytrail or PayPal in accordance with the original payment method once we have received and processed the refund.
There is no right of exchange, but you can return your order to the following address. in accordance with the return policy and order new products to replace them from the online shop as normal.

Shipment check, error and problems
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If a product is lost or damaged during transit, or otherwise does not match your order or is faulty, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree how to rectify the fault.

Limitation of liability
Anna&Eila Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has provided otherwise with respect to such damage.
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance to settle the matter.
If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board(www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices(www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
