Purpose of the processing of personal data:

Personal data is used to maintain and manage customer relationships with our e-commerce customers, such as contacting them as required by the customer relationship, delivering orders and direct marketing.

In addition, we use the collected, personalized information and anonymous statistics to develop our online services, respond to contact requests and customer feedback, email and marketing communications, and target advertising.

The following information is stored in the register:

Customer’s first and last name, customer number, address information, telephone number, email, information about customer purchases, deliveries and discounts,IP address or other identifier,information collected through cookies and any other information provided by the customer in connection with the order.

What information we collect and why:

The data controller registers information about the customer that the customer himself provides when placing an order in the online store, in return and other forms, by telephone, e-mail, comments on the website, contact forms or in any other similar way. In addition, personal data is generated by technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics and third-party plug-ins (Subscribe to newsletter and contact form).

When a customer visits www.annajaeila.fi, the information we track is:

  • Products you have viewed: We use this, for example, to show you products you have recently viewed.

Fees

In our online shop, you can pay using either Paytrail or PayPal. 

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution licence.

Who has access to the data

Our team members have access to the information you provide to us. Our team members have access to this information in order to fulfil orders, process refunds, provide support and improve our online store.

The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is adequately protected from external firewalls and other technical protection measures. The register is kept only in electronic form and any occasional paper copies are immediately and properly destroyed.

The register is used only by persons whose functions include its use and who are bound by confidentiality. Each user of the register has a personal username and password.

Right of access

Under the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to check what information about them has been stored in a personal register. The request for inspection must be sent in a document signed by hand or certified in an equivalent manner. Requests should be sent to the contact person mentioned above, who will also respond to any requests for further information.

Updating data

The customer can update their name and address information in their e-commerce profile. In addition, the customer may contact our contact person mentioned above to update their information.

Other rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes. A request for restriction of data processing should be made by e-mail to the contact person of the Registry. The user also has the right to request the deletion of all data concerning him/her from the register.
