Knitting for Olive Vanilla Dress is a beautiful lace dress that is knitted seamlessly from top to bottom. The lace knit is beautiful, but perhaps surprisingly easy to knit according to the diagram in the instructions. The knitting of the dress is started from the neckline with a temporary beginning and an I-cord edging. A slit is also made in the neckline, which makes it easier to put on. The sleeves are knitted in the round and the cuffs are also knitted with an I-cord edging.

Size: 3-6 (6-9, 12, 18 months // 2, 4, 6 years)

  • Chest circumference: 48 (48, 53, 53 // 59, 64, 69) cm
  • Length from shoulder to hem: 26 (31, 36, 42 // 51, 58, 65) cm
  • Sleeve length from armpit to cuff: 13 (14, 15, 16 // 18, 21, 25) cm

Yarn: Knitting for Olive Merino or Cotton Merino or Pure Silk (2 (3, 3, 4 // 4, 5, 6) collect
Needles : 2.5 mm circular needle, 3 mm circular needle and double pointed needles (or depending on your handwriting)
Density: 28s x 38k = 10 cm patterned knit
