Lang Yarns Super SOXX is a high-quality 6-ply sock yarn, consisting of 75% wool and 25% polyamide. Super SOXX is economical and soft, making it suitable not only for socks but also for scarves, accessories, and sweaters. One 150-gram ball contains 410 meters of yarn, enough to knit larger socks (depending on shaft length, even up to size 46 socks). For a women's M-sized sweater, you will need approximately 450 grams of yarn.

Super SOXX yarn uses wool from Corriedale sheep, which is long-staple and therefore less prone to pilling. You can check the origin of the wool using the code on the yarn band on Lang Yarns' website.
