Downtown gloves are gloves for a style-conscious adult, which are suitable both for neater outdoor dressing and, for example, for a normal Sunday walk.
The mittens are knitted with worsted and lace-strength yarns together, so that you get a warm, soft and durable end result. Next to the palm, Indian thumb wedges are knitted. The opening of the small rib has been lowered, which improves the fit considerably. The fingers are knitted with their own number of stitches, so the glove is wonderfully snug.
Looping the rubber thread on the wrong side ensures that it stays in the hand, and the glove therefore does not shed disgustingly. Formative creasing brings more elegance compared to a more ordinary model.
