Sandnes Garn Mandarin Petit is a high-quality mercerized cotton yarn, perfect for light and breathable knits - even for sensitive skin. This soft and versatile yarn is particularly popular for summer clothing, children's knits, and home textiles like dishcloths and towels.
Mandarin Petit yarn features:
- Material: 100% cotton
- Ball size: 50 g (~180 m)
- Recommended needle size: 3 mm
- Gauge: 27 sts = 10 cm
- Care instructions: Machine wash 40 °C-60 °C
We recommend washing all hand-knitted garments separately for the gentlest wash possible. Cotton's strength increases when wet, allowing cotton knits to be washed at higher temperatures. Spin dry thoroughly and lay flat to dry, preferably on a towel.
