Knitting for Olive Olive's Wrap for children is not only a beautiful but also a practical knit for the little ones in the family. The wrap is knitted flat from the bottom up to the armholes. The sleeves are knitted separately in the round. The pieces are joined with raglan decreases. The wrap is fastened either with buttons or knitted I-cord ties.
Size: 0-1 (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24) months
Measurements of the finished garment:
- Circumference: approx. 39 (43, 47, 51, 56, 60, 64) cm
- Length from shoulder to hem: approx. 20 (22, 25, 27, 30, 34, 37) cm
- Sleeve length from armhole to cuff: 12 (13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21) cm
Yarn: Knitting for Olive Merino OR CottonMerino OR Pure Silk 1 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4) skeins
Needles: 3 mm AND 3 mm double-pointed needles (or according to gauge)
Gauge: 28 sts x 38 rows = 10cm in stockinette stitch
