The Raunioiset tube scarf is inspired by a species of fern that grows on a rock, called Tummaraunioinen. A tube scarf is knitted using fine knitting techniques into a beautiful, completely seamless children's tube scarf.

Sizes: 1 (2) 3 correspond to head circumference sizes 48-50 (50-54) 54-57

Dimensions of the finished sweater without stretching and soaking: circumference of the upper edge 46 (48) 52 cm, height from the neck 18 (18) 18 cm, height from the front 37 (40) 43 cm

Knitting density: 26 stitches x 56 rows = 10 x 10 cm garter stitch before tightening

Yarn: Fingering-strength wool yarn (recommended Sandnes Garn Tynn Merinoull or Sandnes Garn Babyull Lanett (175 m / 50 g))

Outlet:
90 (100) 110 g recommended yarn or 315 (350) 390 m of other fingering-strong yarn
The tube scarf is started with a temporary beginning, knitted in plain and finally connected to a tube by knitting. The connection point remains invisible. The i-cord edge, knitted at the same time as the work, runs along the edge. The surface pattern of the scarf is always knitted in garter stitch, with raised stitches, long stitches and braids.
