Terms of delivery

The online store's products are sold by Anna&Eila Oy, business ID: 2767357-1. When ordering, you agree to these valid delivery conditions, which apply to all products delivered from the Anna & Eila online store.

These delivery conditions are valid from June 6, 2022 . We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store. Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products include value added tax, which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products. .

The colors of the threads and their shades may vary on computer screens. There may also be color differences between different dyeing batches, especially in hand-dyed products.

Shipping costs

The delivery costs charged for the order (incl. VAT 25.5%) depend on the chosen delivery method as follows:

  • Posti Postipaketti EUR 8.25
  • Matkahuolto Lählä package 7.15 euros
  • Matkahuolto's XXS package max. 5.99 euros for 3cm thick products

We deliver orders over 100 euros without postage (as a Matkahuolto Lähällä package).

The costs of the selected delivery method are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

The pickup delivery method is free of charge. If you choose pickup as the delivery method, you can pick up the purchases you paid for in the online store at our store (Martinkyläntie 67, 01720 Vantaa) during the store's opening hours . You will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.

Addition to the order being processed (0 euros )

You can add products to your previous order until you have received an acknowledgment to your e-mail that the order has been completed. In this case, select 'Add to order in processing' as the delivery method at checkout. If the total amount of your orders exceeds the limit of no shipping costs, we will refund the extra shipping costs when processing the order.

As a general rule, we pack orders on weekdays for the trip on the same day they have arrived, so please check your email when placing an additional order to see if your original order has already made the trip. NOTE! Remember to also check your spam folder.

The delivery method of the previous order must be Postiparketi or Lähälä package. Products cannot be added to an order whose delivery method is letter.

Downloadable products

Our knitting instructions are downloadable products. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail, which includes a download link for the downloadable product you purchased. Please remember to add your email address when you order the downloadable product. Downloadable products do not have the right of exchange or return.

Gift cards

We have two types of gift cards in our selection:

The downloadable gift card will be delivered to the selected email address at the selected time. Delivery of the downloadable gift card is free of charge.

The physical gift card will be delivered together with any other order to the selected pick-up point. If the order contains only a physical gift card, it will be delivered as a letter to the selected delivery address. In this case, the delivery cost is 5.99 euros/order.

The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

Payment and payment methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery method

We will deliver your order using the selected delivery method (see section Delivery costs). The physical gift card is delivered as a letter (unless the order includes something else).

You can also choose free pickup as the delivery method. If you choose pickup (Pickup) as the delivery method, you can pick up the purchases you paid for in the online store at our store (Martinkyläntie 67, 01720 Vantaa) during the store's opening hours . You will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.

Delivery time

The order processing time is 1-2 business days and the package usually takes 1-3 days to arrive.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of receipt of the order.

The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, our email below, or with the written notification you submit with the returned item.

If the transaction is cancelled, the item must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our return address mentioned below. Please note that not picking up the package is not a cancellation of the transaction! For redelivery of a package that was not picked up, we will charge new postage costs and an invoicing surcharge (€3.90). If you want to cancel an order that has not been picked up, we will not refund the postage costs.

The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return shipping.

If you return part of the products, we will only refund the price of the returned products. If the value of your order falls below the free delivery limit after the return, a delivery charge will be added to the order according to your delivery method.

The amount of an approved return will be refunded via Paytrail or PayPal according to the original payment method once we have received and processed the return.

The products do not have the right of exchange, but you can return the products of your order as mentioned above. according to the return conditions and order new products instead from the online store as normal.

Downloadable products do not have the right of exchange or return.

Transmission check, error and problem situations

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected.

We will be happy to help you with questions related to your order. You can also reach us by phone on 040 669 2922, but during the day we are hardly available.

Limitation of liability

Anna&Eila Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.

Disagreements

We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).
