Purpose of personal data processing:
Personal data is used to maintain and manage the customer relationships of our online store customers, such as for the contacts required by the customer relationship, to deliver orders.
In addition, we use the collected, individualized information and Anonymous statistics to develop our online service, to respond to contact requests and customer feedback, for email and marketing communications, and to target advertising.
The customer has the right to prohibit the use of personal information for direct marketing.

What information we collect and why:
The registrar registers the information about the customer that the customer himself provides in online store orders, return and other forms, by phone, e-mail, website comments, contact forms or in other similar ways. In addition, personal data consists of technical processes, such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics and third-party crucibles (e.g. Subscribe to the newsletter and contact form).

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Data storage and disposal
The information in the customer register is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. However, order, invoicing and payment information is stored like other accounting material. Information that has become unnecessary will be securely disposed of.
Principles of registry protection
The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is properly protected from outsiders with firewalls and other technical means of protection. The register is kept only in electronic form and random paper printouts are destroyed immediately and properly.
The register is used only by persons whose job description includes its use and who are bound by an obligation of confidentiality. Each user of the register has a personal username and password.
Right of inspection
According to the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to check what information about them has been stored in the personal register. The request for inspection must be sent in a hand-signed or similarly certified document. Requests should be sent to the contact person mentioned above, who will also respond to any requests for additional information.
Updating information
The customer can update his name and address information in his online store profile. In addition, the customer can contact our contact person mentioned above to update their information.
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
The customer has the right to refuse the processing of his data for marketing purposes. The request regarding the restriction of data processing must be submitted by e-mail to the registry's contact person. The user also has the right to demand the deletion of all information about himself from the register.
